Sleeve-Type Heat Exchanger

Description:
Cold and hot liquid respectively flows in the gap of inner pipe and sleeve pipe and changes heat at the same time. Inner pipe is used U tube to connect in series. Sleeve pipe is used direct pipe to connect at both ends. Structure of sleeve-type heat exchanger is simple and heat transmission is large. It is easy to clean and convenient to disassemble and assemble. Velocity of flow is appropriate and it is possible to have a backwash. Velocity exchanging heat is high. It is conformed to GMP demand of medicine industry, cooling (heat exchanging) demand of food industry, etc.

1. It is made of imported 316L stainless steel pipe. Connection of clamp type is easily disassembled and cleaned.
2. Inner pipe is 10mmX1. 5mm and outer pipe is 2".
3. Electrical polishing of inner surface reaches Ra0. 2um~Ra0. 4um. One of outer surface reaches same effect as mirror.
4. Installation of pipe sect is used the mode of spring-type screw rise, fix it on center stand to reduce occupied area and make each pipe sect have a lean degree of 5~100 with level. There is no remained liquid in inner pipe.
5. Area of exchanging heat: 1 m2, 1. 5 m2, 2 m2, 2. 5 m2, 3 m2.
