Dust Catcher

Decontamination Principle:
The dust-borne airflow enters into the dust catcher by the blast inlet, and then the mill dust is separated by the external surface of the filter element. The decontaminated airflow then lets out through the center of the blast inlet. Therefore we reach the aim of decontamination. The intense airflow from compressing the air (0. 6-0. 7Mpa) can clean the blast inlet when it is released to the center of the blast inlet through the electromagnetism valve. The shock wave of the airflow surges the collective mill dust that then is blown down and falls on the nether ash hopper. The PLC-controlled system then blows back according to the enacted process, making sure the favorable dust-removing efficiency of the equipment.
